Standard rate charges
We prefer to work towards a fixed price. When this isn’t possible, we charge based on the total amount of time we have spent at the appointment/job.
We call this our 'standard rate'.
We believe this is the fairest and most transparent way to charge, for you and us. As it's based on time, we appreciate that the quicker we complete the work - the cheaper it is for you. We promise to be as efficient as possible but we also want to ensure that the work is completed correctly and to a high standard, we want to take our time to protect your property and to provide you with a professional service so please be aware that we will not rush the job and lower our standards in an effort to reduce your overall costs.
How much is the standard rate?
Emergency Call Out
For any plumbing or heating issue:
Labour prices only. Any parts required are not included.
During working hours mon-fri 8am-5pm- £110.00 (call out and upto 1 hour on site)
Any further hours- £50.00 per 30 Mins
Mon-Fri After working hours 5pm to 8am, Weekend and bank holidays
£190.00 (upto 1 hour)
Any further hours- £140.00 per hour
Please Note:
All costs are calculated from the time of arrival on site. If arrival is after 4:30pm,
Charges will fall under our Out of Hours Emergency Call-Out Rates, as outlined in
our emergency service schedule.
However, if a late arrival is due to us running behind schedule, the standard
8:00am–4:00pm rates will still apply. Please note that all booking times are
estimates. If we experience a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as
possible to reschedule.
To avoid out-of-hours charges, we recommend booking within our standard working
hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm.
